Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

Reduce Stress • Cultivate Clarity, Calm and Resilience

What Is MBSR?

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, 8-week program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and self-inquiry to help you relate to stress, pain, and challenges with greater awareness and resilience.

What You’ll Learn

During this live course, you’ll be guided through:


  • Foundational mindfulness practices, including meditation and body awareness
  • Techniques to respond (not react) to stress and conflict
  • Tools for emotional regulation and enhanced self-awareness
  • Mindful communication strategies for stronger relationships
  • Practices to integrate mindfulness into daily life and work


No experience with mindfulness is necessary.

Course Format

🗓 8 Live Weekly Sessions (2.5 hours each) 

🧘 One full-day Silent Retreat
📘 Guided practices, group discussions, and at-home assignments
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Held in a supportive and inclusive small-group setting
🌍 All sessions are conducted live online via Google Meet, or in-person by request
