Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, 8-week program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and self-inquiry to help you relate to stress, pain, and challenges with greater awareness and resilience.
During this live course, you’ll be guided through:
No experience with mindfulness is necessary.
🗓 8 Live Weekly Sessions (2.5 hours each)
🧘 One full-day Silent Retreat
📘 Guided practices, group discussions, and at-home assignments
🧑🤝🧑 Held in a supportive and inclusive small-group setting
🌍 All sessions are conducted live online via Google Meet, or in-person by request
