Vida Mindful Means "Mindful Living"

About The Creator of Vida Mindful

My name is Adriana Ruggiero Robinson. I am a trained teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. 


After 20 years working in media and communications, where I helped people tell their stories and be heard, my mission is now to help others be present for themselves and their lives, and live with more ease.


I began practicing mindfulness in 2017 as a personal tool for growth and coping. Over time, it has transformed how I live, work, and relate to others, especially in my most valuable roles: mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend.


I believe that the more people practice living mindfully, the more peace and contentment we create, and the greater the hope we leave for future generations. Vida Mindful exists to help make that vision a reality.


Whether you’re looking to improve your well-being, cultivate mindful leadership, or build better relationships, I’m here to support you on your journey.

About Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a practice rooted in ancient traditions, particularly Buddhism, but it is not a religious practice. Today, it’s widely used in medical and therapeutic settings to reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall well-being.


Even though mindfulness has become more popular, many people still don’t have easy access to these practices. And for those who do know about mindfulness, bringing it into daily life in our fast-paced world takes practice and support.


Vida Mindful exists to make mindfulness approachable, practical, and inclusive for everyone. Through my courses, workshops, and personal support, I guide individuals and organizations to cultivate presence, resilience, and well-being, helping them live with greater balance, clarity, and joy.
