PAUSE — Mindfulness for Everyday Life

To live with less stress and more clarity, you don’t need to do more. You need to learn how to pause.


PAUSA is a simple, practical approach to integrating mindfulness into daily life.


It’s not about disconnecting from the world, but about learning to be in it with more clarity, less reactivity, and greater presence.

What you can expect

Duration and content

PAUSA is organized into 5 modules (1 hour each), each focused on one step of the method, so you can integrate it in a practical way into your daily life.


Each module is divided into sections of approximately 15 minutes, designed so you can complete the course at your own pace.


Module 1 — Pause: stop

Learn to recognize the moments when you need to pause and how to create small pauses throughout your day.


Module 2 — Awareness: notice what is present

Develop the ability to observe clearly what is happening in your mind, your body, and your environment.


Module 3 — Uncover: approach with curiosity

Explore a different way of relating to your thoughts and emotions, with more openness and less judgment.


Module 4 — Stay: allow the experience

Practice how to stay with what arises, without avoiding it or reacting automatically.


Module 5 — Act: respond with intention

Integrate everything you’ve learned to make more conscious decisions aligned with what truly matters.
