Personal Sessions

A supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect

Personal Sessions are one-on-one, mindfulness-based meetings designed to support awareness, clarity, and balance in everyday life.


These sessions offer a calm, confidential space to slow down, check in with what’s present, and explore practical ways to relate more mindfully to life’s challenges.


All sessions are offered online and are shaped around your needs, your pace, and your intentions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or wanting support in establishing or deepening a mindfulness practice.

What these sessions may include

Depending on what feels most supportive, sessions may involve:

  • Guided mindfulness or meditation practices
  • Gentle inquiry and reflection around current experiences
  • Support in integrating mindfulness into daily life
  • Exploring ways to respond—rather than react—to stress or difficulty
  • Reconnecting with values, intention, and inner resources

The focus is on awareness, presence, and learning to meet each moment with more care.

Session Fees

Personal Sessions are offered as 60-minute one-on-one sessions.


  • Single Session: $95
  • 3-Session Package: $250 ($83.33/session)
  • 5-Session Package: $375 ($75/session)


Private small-group sessions are available upon request for couples, families, teams, or small communities.

These sessions are mindfulness-based and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment, and they do not replace mental health care.
