
An accessible, real-life mindfulness course designed for modern, busy people. It offers a welcoming entry point for beginners and a meaningful reset for experienced practitioners.
This 4-class course introduces simple, embodied practices that support slowing down, reducing stress, and reconnecting with the present moment in everyday life.
When offered live, each class is 45 minutes and meets once per week. When offered on-demand, each class is presented in two 20-minute modules, allowing for flexible, self-paced practice.
Live, in-person courses are currently available in the Triangle area of North Carolina. All other participants may join via Google Meet
The program is structured around a simple mindfulness cycle called PACE:
Pause · Awareness · Curiosity · Extending Care
Each class features short meditations, guided mindfulness practices, and practical tools participants can use immediately.
