Mindfulness Sessions at Brightleaf at the Park

REDUCE STRESS • GAIN CLARITY • RECHARGE

A GENTLE,  ACCESSIBLE APPROACH TO MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION GUIDED BY MINDFULNESS INSTRUCTOR, ADRIANA ROBINSON.


What to Expect:

5-min grounding meditation

20-min mindful movement

20-min closing meditation


These 45-minute sessions are designed to help reduce stress, improve mobility, and bring greater calm and clarity to everyday life.


All Levels Welcome

No previous experience required

Bring a yoga mat & props

Chairs will be available
