Hi there! I'm Adriana.

I’m the creator of Vida Mindful—a journalist and former TV news anchor who discovered a new path through mindfulness.


For years, I was in constant motion: racing toward the next goal, overcommitting, and moving so fast I didn’t notice how it affected my well-being.


Mindfulness showed me a different way to meet life—with clarity, compassion, and care for myself and others.


I created Vida Mindful for anyone feeling weighed down by stress or life’s pace, longing to slow down, connect more deeply, and live with greater balance and joy.
